At 13, Scarlett Pomers is on her way to becoming a major superstar. She has already appeared in a slew of tv shows, commercials, plays, and even the music video for Michael Jackson's, "Heal The World." Currently, she plays the youngest daughter, Kyra, on the hit show, Reba, starring country superstar Reba McEntire. Scarlett is just beginning her teen years, and already has had phenomenal success, so how does she feel about all of this, "It has been great! I feel that I am very blessed. I love doing this," says Scarlett. While, Scarlett, has had the honor of working with a long list of celebrities, she says that Reba has been very down to earth, and loves that she is so REAL. So, what attracted Scarlett to the role of, Kyra, on the show, "It sounded like a fun role. I get to play a smart aleck, and be a brat on tv, which you can't usually be," Scarlett explained to me during our recent telephone interview. Scarlett says that her, her friends, and family watch the show every week, and that they all love it.

So, for right now Scarlett has made a name for herself with Hollywood, but she says that she'd also like to pursue singing, and says that it has been really good to have Reba there for advice. Currently, Scarlett is working on a demo, and hopes to get signed to a record label after that. So, who knows, you may just see Scarlett topping the charts, and at #1 on TRL someday soon! Even though, Scarlett may be on a hit show and working with movie stars, she still has celebrity crushes just like a normal teen, her biggest celebrity crush being on Elijah Wood, who is currently starring in the movie, "Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring." With the interview about to wrap up I asked Scarlett to describe herself in 3 words, after careful thought, she responded, "Fearless, Wacky, and Mysterious!" Speaking of mysterious, Scarlett says that if she were a fly that she'd land on Michael Jackson's wall in the recording studio, so that she could see what he was upto, since he is so private and mysterious.

After watching this bright, upcoming actress on the show, Reba, and interviewing her it is very clear that she has a long career ahead of her, whether it be in acting, or music, or both. Make sure to check out the actress in action on the WB every Friday night at 9/8 cst.!
